The first ever Yelp review is by a friend of the doctors who won't talk to me but admits in the review the staff is bipolar and she was berated I'm guessing by that crazy violent liar Delita Hooks and I am guessing she is referring to Delita's pals who also lied to the police during an open investigation which is a crime even if the corrupt NYPD 1st Precinct detective squad as psycho and sick and corrupt and dishonest as the doctor's office and all those involved in lying as well as threatening me.

I have come up with the concept of an NYPD app tracker and similar data bases which allow the public to search nyc gov data bases or in the NYPD's case build a citizens data base.
The NYPD app tracker would allow victims to report crimes the NYPD won't let them including NYPD crimes as well as show how the public sees crimes very differently than NYPD and or be a time capsule for families who allege their love ones were murdered by the NYPD.
I was a victim of a violent crime at a doctors office in Soho. The attack was so violent I had to have laser surgery on my eye to repair my retina. The crime stats for that precinct the 1st Precinct never reflected the attack, the threat of bodily harm, objects that hit my body and my attacker threw her shoes. The video evidence was acknowledged and the attack written up by an nypd public member but detective "doctored" the DD5s aka police reports and I got some of them because corporate counsel accidentally gave them to me.

Mayor Bloomberg Ray Kelly lied about Crime the NYPD were fixing crimes and committing crimes like me being savagely assaulted at Dr Andrew Fagelman like Williamsburg, Soho fixing favors in your face corruption 4 years and it isn't over by a long shot

When a private investigator talked with this evil creep when the doctor was asked if you spoke to the NYPD Dr. Andrew Fagelman said No Comment. He never asked if I was OK he couldn't care less he only cared about covering up for criminal wrong doing which includes anyone who lie to the police during an open investigation besides the violence and lies and if he conspired with the NYPD to have me threatened and participated in the lies he is part of the crimes as well. Dr Fagelman told the Private Investigator to talk to his lawyer but we found out he didn't do that in all these years until he got served.
My mother is age 81 and I don't know how long she's going to live. She is almost completely paralyzed she chose to have a cancerous tumor in her colon removed. She is weak but her spirit is strong and I told her about the newest yelp review slamming Dr. Fagelman's rude violating staff published Sept 13.
I also allege the MD has asked his patients for bail outs on Yelp and he or my attacker flagged my Yelp review along with a Joe Tacopina styled liar who blatantly lied and was removed. I hired a lawyer and got my yelp review back up.
